Rafael Covarrubias

Born in Querétaro, Mexico, Covarrubias left at age 17 to pursue a culinary career that brought him to Canada. Covarrubias joined Hexagon Restaurant and 7 Enoteca by way of MARKET Restaurant in Calgary, Alberta as part of the opening team for Hexagon Restaurant in February of 2017.

 Marvin Palomo

Born in the Philippines and raised in Markham, Palomo is an honours graduate of the prestigious Culinary Management Program at George Brown College. With post-graduate experience at a Michelin star restaurant in Piedmonte, Italy, as well as in Hong Kong, Palomo brought his talent to 7 Enoteca in March of 2018.
